Denmark has more initiatives against food waste in Europe than any other country — from awareness campaigns, partnerships to government subsidies. Our partner SFOF Djursland provided with short information about Waste food café in Århus and gave advise how to set up and operate successful non-governmental food waste prevention organization at the local level and teach schoolchildren.
